🟩 Position Overview
Celimax is a rapidly growing global K-beauty brand expanding beyond Korea into markets such as the United States and Europe, achieving over 3x year-over-year growth and surpassing KRW 170 billion in annual revenue.

We are looking for a Global Performance Marketing Intern who will help drive the growth of Celimax by supporting the overall performance marketing operations of our global channels.

In this role, you will support the planning and production of global advertising creatives to ensure stable execution of promotional and customer acquisition campaigns. You will also gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of performance marketing, including media operations and data-driven performance analysis.

By participating in marketing initiatives tailored to trends in different countries, you will build broad insights into global markets and strengthen your practical marketing capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to understand global consumers, collaborate closely with team members, and proactively contribute to the growth of the brand.

🟩 Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage advertising content across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
Generate content insights and participate in content planning
Collaborate on and discover partnership advertising creatives
Optimize budget allocation and maximize ROAS through media performance analysis

🟩 Qualifications
Fluent and highly comfortable using English in a professional environment
For foreign nationals, ability to collaborate smoothly in Korean
Strong understanding of beauty content and consumer trends
Interest in and active use of SNS platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram

🟩 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok ads, or e-commerce operations
At least 2 years of overseas living experience
Proficiency in additional foreign languages besides English
Genuine enjoyment of networking and meeting new people

🟩 Working Conditions
Workplace: ABSOLVELAB Headquarters
Working Hours: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) / 8 hours per day
Salary: KRW 3,000,000 per month (before tax)
Contract Period: 6 months (internship with potential full-time conversion)

After the internship evaluation, selected candidates will proceed with a 3-month probationary employment contract before transitioning to a full-time position.

Includes four major social insurance benefits and meal support.
