Digital Asset Strategy & Business Support Position (~May 3)
We are seeking talent who will bridge the trust of traditional finance with the innovation of digital assets and expand the group’s virtual asset business competitiveness to a global level.
■ General Information
Employment Type: Contract (12 months / extendable)
Number of Hires: To be determined after document screening
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Location: Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or expected graduates) from a Korean university or equivalent
Korean Proficiency: Business-level Korean required
Eligible Visa Types: D-2, D-10, E-7, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6 (other visas also accepted)

■ Department Overview (AX · Strategy Division)
Successful candidates will work in the AX · Strategy Division at JB Financial Group.
This division designs the future of the group, leading next-generation financial businesses such as AI transformation and digital assets.
You will play a key role in driving the group’s digital expansion within a core department where technology and strategy converge.
■ Key Responsibilities
Analyze domestic and global digital asset markets, regulations, and competitive landscapes
Establish group-level digital asset strategies and execution roadmaps
Identify and execute innovative business models within financial regulatory frameworks
Discover external partners and build collaboration systems
Prepare strategic reports and support executive decision-making
■ Qualifications
Experience in strategy or planning roles within financial institutions (banks, securities firms, etc.)
Strong report writing skills and ability to lead meetings
Understanding of digital asset regulations and regulatory authority issues
Ability to derive logical insights through market research and analysis
■ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting firms or strategy/planning roles within financial institutions
Experience building networks and partnerships related to digital assets
Experience responding to digital asset regulations and handling government/agency relations
