💡 The Thai-speaking position is responsible for customers from Thailand who have a strong interest in K-beauty. LINE and Instagram are the primary communication channels, and many customers actively search for information through social media. If you understand both Thai local culture and K-beauty trends, you will be able to quickly build trust with customers.
<What You’ll Do>
This role is not simply about responding to inquiries. You will act as a sales consultant responsible for the customer’s entire journey.
<Who We’re Looking For>
- Native or fluent-level Thai communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Korean (for communication with internal teams and managers)
- Familiarity with communication through SNS channels such as LINE and Instagram
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Someone who prioritizes customer satisfaction, defines necessary tasks independently, and takes initiative
- TOPIK Level 5 or higher (for foreign applicants)
- Holders of F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visas, or candidates who can join quickly
- Experience working in beauty medical fields such as plastic surgery clinics, dermatology clinics, MSOs, or medical tourism agencies
- Sales or customer service experience (any industry)
- Experience operating SNS channels or creating content
- Interest in continuously learning about new beauty procedures and surgery trends
<What You Can Experience & Learn>
- Gain hands-on experience designing and validating the online sales structure of the K-beauty medical market from the ground up
- Develop data-driven sales capabilities by directly managing business metrics such as booking conversion rates and clinic revenue contributions
- Build deep expertise in the beauty medical industry through collaboration with multiple partner clinics
- Strengthen cross-cultural communication skills by interacting daily with global customers based in Korea
