AI Strategy & Governance Position (~May 3)
We are seeking a strategist who will go beyond the digital limitations of finance, transform the organization through AI, and lead the future financial ecosystem through responsible AI transformation (AX).

■ General Information
Employment Type: Contract (12 months / extendable)
Number of Hires: To be determined after document screening
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Location: Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or expected graduates) from a Korean university or equivalent
Korean Proficiency: Business-level Korean required
Eligible Visa Types: D-2, D-10, E-7, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6 (other visas also accepted)

■ Department Overview (AX · Strategy Division)
Successful candidates will work in the AX · Strategy Division at JB Financial Group.
This division leads AI transformation (AX) at the group level, collaborating with affiliates to execute AI initiatives, manage performance, and establish policies and operational standards.

You will be responsible for both strategy development and execution in a core department where AI technology and financial strategy converge.

■ Key Responsibilities
Design responsible AI innovation models tailored to the financial industry
Manage AI portfolio performance (ROI and KPI)
Establish AI policies, guidelines, and operational standards considering financial regulations and internal controls
Analyze global AI and financial trends and derive actionable initiatives
Design AI agents and support their adoption across the organization
Prepare executive reports and support strategic decision-making

■ Qualifications
Understanding of the financial industry environment or experience in related report writing
Experience in strategy/planning or PMO roles
Experience supporting decision-making and communication among diverse stakeholders
AI utilization capabilities (at least two of the following):
· Experience using LLM-based AI tools
· Experience in prompt design and application
· Experience working with AI agents or workflow-based systems
· Understanding of AI output reliability and evaluation frameworks

■ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in strategy/planning/PMO roles in financial institutions or large corporations
Experience in AI policy/governance or regulatory compliance
Experience building automation or agents using LLM/AI tools
Consulting project experience and understanding of finance/fintech industries
Advanced AI utilization capabilities:
· Experience designing LLM-based agents
· Proven experience improving work processes using AI
· Experience using data-driven AI (e.g., RAG, API integration)
· Experience promoting or educating AI adoption within organizations
