Eligibility:
Open to Korean nationals studying abroad and international students currently studying in Korea.

① Korean Nationals Studying Abroad

• Korean nationals who have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's degree or higher from an overseas university.

② International Students in Korea

• International students currently residing in Korea who have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's degree or higher from a Korean university (or graduate school).
• Must have no restrictions related to employment or residence in Korea.
• Must hold a TOPIK Level 4 or higher (official score required for interview).

[General Requirements]

• University or graduate students graduating by February 2026.
• Able to participate in field training, interviews, and internship between November and December 2025.
• Must not be participating in any other recruitment process within CJ Group at the time of application.
• For the R&D position, a master’s degree in a related major (or expected) is required.

Open Positions

Position: Business Management

Location: Seoul
Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and consolidated financial statements and external audits.
• Prepare and file various tax returns and respond to tax investigations.
• Plan and execute financial management and funding strategies.
• Manage business performance and organizational/affiliate results.
• Establish business plans and manage corporate strategy meetings.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Majors in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Professional certifications in accounting, finance, or statistics (CFA, FRM, CTA, AICPA, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English.

Position: R&D (Food)

Location: Suwon (Gwanggyo)
Responsibilities:

• Conduct product development and food technology research.
• Secure and develop core R&D technologies.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in food processing or fundamental research.
• Strong command of English.
• Requirement: Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.

Position: Global Sales

Location: Seoul
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute country-specific global sales strategies.
• Identify new markets and clients, and plan export initiatives.
• Manage overseas client requests and analyze market and competitor trends.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English and one additional foreign language.
• Cross-cultural communication experience.
• Majors in Business Administration or related fields.

Position: Purchasing

Location: Seoul
Responsibilities:

• Purchase and manage supply of agricultural and raw materials.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and supply stability.
• Manage OEM production contracts and import logistics operations.
• Analyze global logistics trends and manage supply chain risks.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Majors in Purchasing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in accounting, contract management, or macroeconomics.
