Introducing the Cosmetics Brand Team 3

The Cosmetics Brand Team 3 at AK Holdings is responsible for managing our skincare brands as Brand Managers (BMs).
We oversee long-established cleansing brand Pointen (with 36 years of tradition), acne solution brands Dot Solution and A-Solution, and are now accelerating our global expansion with the upcoming launch of a new skincare brand targeting the U.S. market.

We are currently seeking an intern to join our team to support influencer discovery and marketing in the U.S. market.

[Job Responsibilities]
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Discovering and managing influencers in the U.S. market (communication, content management, etc.)
• Identifying new influencers suited to the brand and platforms, and planning related content
• Conducting design market research to create trendy seeding packages and develop marketing strategies
• Managing global SNS accounts and overseeing content aimed at increasing brand awareness

[Required Qualifications]
We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree (major not required)
• Are proficient in English (foreign applicants welcome)
• Have a strong understanding of the global cosmetics industry

[Preferred Qualifications]
Applicants with the following will be given preference:

• Experience managing a TikTok account or interest in short-form video content
• Background as a content creator or influencer
• Spanish language proficiency
