AI Adoption Intern / Experienced - CEO Staff Team
The CEO Staff Team is an execution-driven team that applies various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to real business operations, driving both brand growth and internal operational efficiency. This position works directly with the CEO and various teams, creating real business impact through two-week sprint-based projects. In a fast-changing AI environment, you will gain hands-on experience by experimenting and executing across various areas such as content, operations, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Growth & Discovery
- Create and scale AI-based content across TikTok, Amazon, SNS, and other channels
- Execute AI-driven strategies to increase brand exposure and traffic
- Run creative tests using AI tools and analyze performance
- Research and experiment with the latest AI trends
- Operational AI
- Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, operations, data management, and more
- Design AI workflows to improve team productivity
- Build systems using tools such as Notion, GPT, and Zapier
- Organize internal AI usage guides and best practices
- Project Execution
- Execute projects based on two-week sprint cycles
- Set priorities and drive execution through weekly leadership meetings
- Prepare project result reports and improvement proposals
Who We’re Looking For
- Current students or graduates from universities in Korea or overseas
- Someone with strong interest in AI and the latest digital trends, and the ability to learn quickly
- Someone who has hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to create actual outputs
- Someone who can identify problems, define them independently, and connect them to execution
- Someone who can adapt flexibly and execute in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, and Notion AI
- Experience creating content such as images, videos, or SNS content
- Experience or understanding of SEO, data analysis, or operations-related work
- Experience using automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Experience collaborating with various teams and managing projects
- Ability to communicate in English
