🟩 Position Overview
• We are hiring a Global Sales Manager (2–6 years of experience) who will be responsible for B2B sales in the Middle East and help expand our global market.
• You will lead sales growth and brand expansion across key Middle Eastern countries, while developing strong partnerships and market responsiveness.
• You will collaborate with various partners and internal teams, contributing to the growth of our global business.
• Visa sponsorship is available for foreign applicants.
🟩 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for the Middle East region
• Identify new business opportunities and plan strategies through market and competitor analysis
• Manage client accounts, sales performance, and negotiate contract terms by country
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance and derive improvement strategies
• Handle overall export/import operations and regulatory compliance
🟩 Qualifications
• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in client/account management
• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience in trade operations, including export/import and customs
• No restrictions on overseas business travel
🟩 Preferred Qualifications
• Strong understanding of global beauty and FMCG market trends
• Experience in overseas sales in cosmetics, food, or other FMCG industries
• Experience in global business expansion or launching new channels/markets
• Experience related to Middle Eastern markets
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic
• Experience managing retail channels
• Experience organizing or participating in exhibitions

Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours per day
