<About the Team>
We are a team dedicated to supporting overseas customers so they can seamlessly experience the Gangnam Unni service in Korea.
We help eliminate language barriers and ensure that each customer’s aesthetic medical journey is smooth and well-connected from start to finish.
<What You Will Do>
Provide English-based consultations for international customers and design/improve the overall customer experience throughout their aesthetic medical journey.
Accurately understand customer needs and recommend personalized service options.
Lead coordination and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Standardize and manage consultation and operational communication records, while identifying recurring issues and areas for improvement.
Continuously improve service quality through post-service follow-ups, issue handling, and aftercare support.
<What We’re Looking For>
Native-level English communication skills.
Ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively in unexpected situations.
A proactive mindset with strong ownership, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
<Preferred Qualifications>
Experience in offline customer service or consultation.
Experience in offline operations (e.g., on-site management, flow control, waiting/booking management).
CS (Customer Support) experience, including inquiry handling, issue management, and identifying improvement points.

<Additional Information>
Contract period: 6 months.
Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Saturday, shift-based).
Foreign nationals must indicate their current visa status in their resume for work eligibility verification.
