• 전 세계 수억 명이 사랑하는 K뷰티를 무대로, 셀리맥스를 러시아 및 CIS 지역에서 가장 사랑받는 K-Beauty 브랜드로 만들어주실 CIS 인플루언서 마케팅 경력직을 모십니다.
• 인플루언서를 발굴하고 함께 마케팅 캠페인을 실행하여 제품을 육성하는 것이 핵심 업무입니다.
• 구체적으로 인플루언서 서치, 컨택, 기프팅, 유료광고 집행 및 소셜 미디어 운영 보조를 하시게 됩니다.
• 외국인, 한국인 모두 지원 가능하며 러시아어가 매우 능숙하셔야 합니다.
• 외국인이신 경우, 정규직으로 전환되실 시 비자 취득을 도와드릴 수 있습니다.
• 스스로 프로젝트를 만들어 일하는 능동적인 분, 문제 상황에서도 긍정적이고 낙관적인 분을 찾습니다.
• 마케팅에 관심이 높고 소셜미디어를 즐겨 보시는 분이 좋습니다.

지원 자격
• 러시아/CIS 시장 마케팅 경력 2년 이상이신 분
• 러시아어가 유창하여 사용이 매우 편안하신 분
• 한국어 의사소통이 가능하신 분 (TOPIK 4급 이상)
우대 사항
• 러시아/CIS 국가 출신이거나 1년 이상의 거주 경험이 있으신 분
• 새로운 목표에 능동적으로 도전한 경험이 많으신 분

근무 조건

■ Position
Russia/CIS Influencer Marketing (Experienced)
■ Position Overview
• We are looking for an experienced CIS Influencer Marketing professional who will help make Celimax the most beloved K-Beauty brand in the Russia and CIS regions, loved by hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.
• The main responsibility is to discover influencers and execute marketing campaigns together to grow products and brand awareness.
• You will be responsible for influencer research, outreach, gifting, paid advertising execution, and supporting social media operations.
• Both foreign and Korean applicants are welcome. Fluency in Russian is required.
• For foreign applicants, visa support may be provided upon full-time conversion.
• We are looking for proactive individuals who can independently create projects and maintain a positive mindset in challenging situations.
• Candidates with strong interest in marketing and social media are preferred.
■ Key Responsibilities
• Research and contact influencers in Russia/CIS regions
• Execute influencer advertising campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Analyze influencer content performance
• Plan and operate offline brand events such as pop-up stores
• Support brand social media channel operations
• Conduct market research for Russia/CIS markets
■ Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the Russia/CIS market
• Native or fluent-level Russian proficiency
• Ability to communicate in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above)
■ Preferred Qualifications
• Nationals of Russia/CIS countries or candidates with over one year of residence experience in the region
• Proven experience in proactively pursuing new goals
• Positive and optimistic mindset in challenging situations
• Strong passion for cosmetics and marketing
■ Working Conditions
• Location: Absolvelab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours per day
• Salary: To be determined after interview
