Overseas (Russia) Buyer Sales & Management | Conversion-Track Intern | Lotte Rental
About the Team
- Lotte Rental’s Overseas Buyer Sales & Management team drives rapid business growth and delivers positive experiences to customers around the world.
- You will plan strategies to discover new opportunities and expand our presence in global markets.
- You will gain a deep understanding of the used-car export process and develop sales strategies aligned with local cultures and market trends.
- You will oversee all export-related processes, including contract execution, required documentation, and maritime logistics.
Responsibilities After Joining
- Support overseas buyer sales and management activities as Lotte Rental expands its global market presence.
- Sell vehicles to overseas buyers through Lotte Auto Global, and manage all export-related documents and processes following each transaction.
- Conduct market and trend research for your assigned region, including country-specific vehicle price analysis.
- Communicate closely with overseas buyers, understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and build long-term business relationships.
We Are Looking for Someone Who…
- Is fluent in Russian and can communicate effectively (speaking & writing).
- For non-Korean nationals: has a business-level command of Korean
(TOPIK Level 5 or higher, valid as of the application deadline). - Is expected to graduate in February 2026 or is already a university graduate.
- Has no restrictions on overseas travel, holds a valid visa status, and has no issues obtaining an E-7 visa in the future.
- Can join the company full-time after completing the internship and hiring process.
- Has no physical or legal restrictions that would prevent performing overseas sales duties.
Preferred Experience
Having the following experience will be highly beneficial for this role:
- Previous experience in used-car export operations or related tasks
- Experience living in Central Asia (e.g., Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking & writing)
- Experience in trade-related administrative work (e.g., issuing certificates, customs declaration)

- Working Schedule: Monday–Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Recruitment Process
- Document Screening → Personality Assessment → 1st Interview → Internship (4–6 weeks) → 2nd Interview → Medical Check → Final Acceptance
* A Russian Speaking Test (approx. 10 minutes) will be conducted during the 1st interview.
* The internship is scheduled to begin in January 2026, and detailed schedules will be provided to successful candidates.
