• 북미 신규 인플루언서 발굴 및 협업 진행
• 미국 틱톡샵 KEY 어필리에이트 발굴 및 협업 진행
• 데이터 기반 가설 수립 및 캠페인 성과 분석
• 소비자 반응 기반 크리에이티브 개선 인사이트 도출
• 핵심 인플루언서 파트너십 관리
• 북미 브랜드 이벤트 기획 및 운영

• Native 수준의 영어 구사 능력이 있으신 분

• 북미 인플루언서, 셀럽, 문화 등의 콘텐츠를 활발히 소비하시는 분

• 미국에서 3년 이상 거주 경험이 있으시거나 해당 문화에 매우 익숙하신 분

근무 조건
• 근무 장소: (주)앱솔브랩 본사
• 근무 시간: 주 5일(월–금) / 일 8시간 근무
• 급여: 월 300만원 (세전)
• 계약기간: 6개월 (채용연계형)

US Marketing Intern
Position Overview
• Celimax is a global K-Beauty brand that has rapidly expanded in the US market, achieving more than three times year-on-year growth and exceeding KRW 150 billion in annual revenue.
• This position offers hands-on experience in executing and expanding global marketing strategies, with a primary focus on the US market.
• You will directly participate in practical marketing operations by connecting content, data, and consumer insights to drive brand growth.
• You will take an active role in improving performance and results, developing yourself into a marketing professional.
• You will work closely with team members to understand global consumers and proactively execute actions that contribute to brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Discover and collaborate with new North American influencers
• Identify and manage key TikTok Shop affiliates in the US market
• Develop data-driven hypotheses and analyze campaign performance
• Generate creative improvement insights based on consumer responses
• Manage key influencer partnerships
• Plan and operate brand events in North America
Qualifications
• Expected graduates or recent graduates
• Native-level English proficiency
• Strong understanding of US consumer trends and beauty-related content
• Active consumer of North American influencer, celebrity, and cultural content
Preferred Qualifications
• More than 3 years of living experience in the US or strong familiarity with US culture
• Enjoy building new professional networks
• Strong interest in beauty and skincare
• Understanding of marketing and media commerce
Working Conditions
• Location: Absolvelab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours per day
• Salary: KRW 3,000,000 per month (before tax)
• Contract Period: 6 months (conversion-linked program)
• National insurance coverage and meal allowance provided
