What You’ll Do
• Growth & Discovery (External Growth)
◦ Create and scale AI-based content across platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, and SNS
◦ Execute AI-driven strategies to increase brand exposure and traffic
◦ Conduct creative testing and performance analysis using AI tools
◦ Research and experiment with the latest AI trends
• Operational AI (Internal Efficiency)
◦ Automate repetitive tasks (marketing, operations, data management, etc.)
◦ Design workflows and introduce AI solutions to improve team productivity
◦ Build systems using tools such as Notion, GPT, Zapier, and more
◦ Organize internal AI usage guides and best practices
• Project Execution
◦ Execute projects based on 2-week sprint cycles
◦ Set priorities and carry out tasks through weekly leadership meetings
◦ Create project result reports and suggest improvements
