What You Will Do
• Plan and execute overseas B2B sales strategies to drive global revenue growth for in-house brands
• Analyze global market trends and competitor insights
• Manage performance of existing clients based on sales data and propose growth strategies
• Identify new revenue opportunities through market research and entry strategies for untapped markets
• Expand sales channels by building and managing overseas retail and partner networks
• Strengthen profitability in each market by discovering new buyers within assigned regions

• Strong market and trend analysis skills based on a solid understanding of the industry
• High sense of responsibility and ownership in executing assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead collaboration with related departments

Who We’re Looking For
[Requirements]
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
• Strong interest and understanding of the beauty and global consumer goods industry
• Fluent-level business English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• No restrictions for continued employment upon conversion to full-time after internship
[Preferred Qualifications]
• Relevant experience in a related industry
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (French, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.) for the desired region
• Experience in selling products overseas or driving revenue conversion
• Veterans and persons with disabilities will be given preference in accordance with applicable laws

[Employment Type]
• 3-month internship (contract) with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
[Compensation & Benefits]
• KRW 2,500,000 per month (before tax)
• Upon full-time conversion: annual salary of KRW 45,000,000 (based on entry-level university graduate / excluding performance bonuses such as PS, PI)

• Working hours: Flexible start time system (choose start time between 8:00 AM–11:00 AM in 30-minute intervals)
