담당하시게 될 업무
• 글로벌 뷰티 인플루언서와 함께 콘텐츠를 기획하고 운영합니다.
• 틱톡 등 SNS용 콘텐츠를 기획하고 인플루언서를 찾아 섭외합니다.
• 캠페인 후 성과를 정리하고 분석합니다.
• 최신 트렌드와 시장 조사를 통해 마케팅 아이디어를 제안합니다.

계약기간 및 처우
• 계약기간: 6개월 (3개월 기준 평가 후 3개월 연장)
• 근무시간: 오전 9시~오후 6시

for BeNow’s flagship brands, numbuzin and Fwee, both of which are rapidly growing in brand value every year.

What You’ll Do
• Plan and manage content in collaboration with global beauty influencers.
• Plan social media content (e.g., TikTok) and recruit influencers.
• Organize and analyze campaign performance.
• Propose new marketing ideas based on trend and market research.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
• Has a strong interest in K-beauty and global short-form (TikTok) content.
• Is detail-oriented and responsible in organizing tasks.
• Is open to feedback and enjoys collaborating and growing together.
• Can commit to an internship of up to 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong interest in beauty and skincare content.
• Experience in influencer marketing or content planning.
• Ability to quickly adapt to fast-changing trends.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience working or living in a global environment.
• (For non-Koreans) Fluent in Korean communication.
Employment Terms & Conditions
• Contract Period: 6 months (3-month evaluation → possible 3-month extension)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
