💡 The English-speaking position mainly handles customers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Western countries, and other English-speaking regions.
WhatsApp and Instagram are the primary communication channels.
The ability to communicate flexibly with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds is important, and trust- and review-based communication plays a key role in converting inquiries into reservations.
<What You’ll Be Doing>
This role is not simply about answering customer inquiries.
You will act as a sales consultant responsible for the customer’s entire journey.
<Who We’re Looking For>
• Native or fluent-level English communication skills
• Ability to communicate in Korean for collaboration with internal teams and managers
• Familiarity with communication through SNS channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Someone who prioritizes customer satisfaction, proactively identifies what needs to be done, and takes initiative to execute tasks independently
<Preferred Qualifications>
• TOPIK Level 5 or above (for foreign applicants)
• Holders of F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visas, or candidates who can join quickly
• Experience working in aesthetic medical clinics, dermatology/plastic surgery hospitals, MSOs, or medical tourism agencies
• Experience in sales or customer consulting (any industry)
• Experience operating SNS channels or creating content
• Someone open to continuously learning about new treatment and surgery trends
