Work Conditions
ㆍEmployment Type: Internship, 5 days per week
ㆍInternship Period: September–December 2026, 3 months
ㆍWork Location: Seoul Headquarters
ㆍCompensation: According to company policy

Common Qualifications
ㆍInternational students who are currently enrolled, on leave of absence, or have graduated from a university in Korea
ㆍAble to communicate for work in both Korean and English
ㆍNative/local language proficiency may be required for certain departments
ㆍHolder of a valid visa that allows residence and internship activities in Korea, such as D-2, with no disqualifying reasons

※ After final acceptance, selected candidates will go through the official procedures required for the internship, including part-time work permission under the Immigration Act.

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Plan local digital marketing strategies for overseas subsidiaries
• Identify influencers and analyze food trends targeting local Gen-Z consumers
• Research SNS-based consumer perception and market trends

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Support recruitment for overseas subsidiaries
• Research and analyze local labor laws and related HR practices

Sourcing / Purchasing

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Research overseas raw material market trends and identify new sourcing channels
• Support the development of local networks for direct sourcing of raw and subsidiary materials
• Provide business interpretation and support during visits from overseas partners

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Analyze foreign consumer trends and develop domestic campaign sales strategies
• Conduct trend research by country and generation

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Support market environment analysis and distribution network research
• Propose sales and marketing ideas to diversify local markets

• Monitor global content and propose content ideas and production directions
• Analyze SNS channels by country for overseas subsidiaries and major business partners

R&D / Food Safety

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Monitor global food regulations and export-related standards
• Conduct research to prevent food safety risks for export products

R&D / Research & Development

ㆍResponsibilities:

• Analyze consumer insights through monitoring overseas distribution channels and SNS
• Research global new product trends and support sauce product development
• Participate in practical research and simple evaluations for new product development
