2026 Nongshim International Student Internship
GLOBAL TALENT INVITATION

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Internship, 5 days per week
• Internship Period: September 2026 – December 2026, 3 months
• Work Location: Seoul Headquarters
• Compensation: According to company policy

Common Eligibility Requirements

• International students who are currently enrolled in, on leave from, or have graduated from a university or college in Korea
• Applicants who are able to communicate for work in both Korean and English
  • For some departments, local language proficiency may be required
• Applicants who hold a valid visa that allows legal stay in Korea and have no restrictions on participating in internship activities, such as D-2 visa holders

※ After final acceptance, applicants will go through the official procedures required for the internship, such as obtaining part-time work permission in accordance with the Immigration Act.

Business Planning / Corporate Planning

• Preferred Major: Business / Humanities
• Preferred Nationality: United States
• Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of corporate value enhancement plans and related disclosures
  • Support meetings with major domestic and overseas institutional investors

Business Planning / Overseas Subsidiary Business

• Preferred Major: Open to all majors
• Preferred Nationality: Mexico, China
• Responsibilities:
  • Plan local digital marketing strategies for overseas subsidiaries
  • Identify influencers and analyze Gen-Z food trends in local markets
  • Research SNS-based consumer perception and market trends

Business Planning / HR

• Preferred Major: Open to all majors
• Preferred Nationality: United States, China
• Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment for overseas subsidiaries and research/analyze local labor laws

Sourcing / Purchasing

• Preferred Major: Engineering / Food-related majors / Business
• Preferred Nationality: China, Europe
• Responsibilities:
  • Research overseas raw material market trends and discover new sourcing channels
  • Support the establishment of local networks for sourcing raw and subsidiary materials
  • Assist with communication during visits to overseas partners

Sales & Marketing / Domestic Sales Management

• Preferred Major: Business
• Preferred Nationality: China
• Responsibilities:
  • Analyze foreign consumer trends and establish domestic campaign sales strategies
  • Research trends by country and generation

Sales & Marketing / Overseas Sales Management

• Preferred Major: Open to all majors
• Preferred Nationality: India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mexico, Russia
• Responsibilities:
  • Support market environment analysis and distribution network research
  • Propose sales and marketing ideas for local market diversification

Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing

• Preferred Major: Business
• Preferred Nationality: United States
• Responsibilities:
  • Monitor global content and propose content ideas and production directions
  • Analyze viral and user-generated content across SNS channels by country

R&D / Food Safety

• Preferred Major: Engineering / Food Engineering
• Preferred Nationality: Thailand
• Responsibilities:
  • Monitor global food regulations and export-related standards
  • Conduct research to prevent food safety risks for export products

R&D / Research & Development

• Preferred Major: Engineering / Food Engineering
• Preferred Nationality: Mexico, Russia, India, Indonesia
• Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer insights through monitoring overseas distribution channels and SNS
  • Research global new product trends and support sauce product development
  • Participate in practical work related to simple evaluation and research for new product development
  • Applicants who are able to support export-related product testing and have no dietary restrictions are preferred
  • Applicants with no dietary restrictions, religious food restrictions, or allergies are preferred
