Document Screening
Required Documents:

Results of the document screening will be provided within up to two weeks from the job posting closing date, regardless of the outcome.
Interview Process (Fit Test & 1-Day Interview)
Fit Test
The fit test is a pre-interview online assessment designed to objectively understand the applicant’s level of Skillset and Mindset.
This test will only be administered to applicants who pass the document screening stage.
Test Format:
This test is not used as a deciding factor for acceptance or rejection.
It is used solely as a reference to evaluate mutual fit between the applicant and the company.
Interview
The interview will be conducted as a 1-day interview with the hiring team and HR team.
Additional interview rounds may be conducted depending on the position.
For AI-based fit assessment purposes, audio will be recorded during the interview.
The recordings will not be used for any purpose other than recruitment.

Interview results will be provided within up to two weeks, regardless of the outcome.
Final Hiring Confirmation
The hiring decision will be finalized, and necessary onboarding details will be provided before the start date.
Conversion Evaluation
The conversion evaluation will be conducted based on a comprehensive review of the intern’s work performance and attitude during the internship period.
The evaluation process may include an assignment-based assessment.
Full-time conversion will be determined based on the results of this evaluation.
Working Conditions
Salary: KRW 2.4 million per month
[For full-time conversion, entry-level starting salary will apply]
Employment Type: Conversion-track internship [3 months]
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM [Monday–Friday]
※ Working hours are shortened by 2 hours every Friday
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM [1 hour]
