Position
North America Influencer Marketing Intern
The TikTok Shop team connects with global customers through TikTok short-form content. The team drives sales through various channels, including performance marketing, creator partnerships, and sales data analysis. You will gain hands-on experience across the full TikTok commerce process, from product detail page planning to partner collaboration, in a fast-growing team.
What You’ll Do
· Manage TikTok creator seeding
· Support TikTok Shop Creator Pool and Paid Creator operations
· Assist with TikTok Shop operations and gain direct experience contributing to sales
· Support team operations and internal processes
Who We’re Looking For
· Business-level English communication skills required
→ Able to communicate smoothly in English with North American creators and partners via DM, email, and meetings
· Strong interest in the global beauty industry and the North American market
· Good understanding of TikTok and the broader SNS ecosystem
· Ability to define problems and take initiative
· Ability to analyze content performance based on data
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in North America influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
· Experience operating e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop or Amazon, or a strong understanding of these platforms
· Experience creating results through seeding content
· Experience living abroad or strong understanding of diverse cultures
