✨ Introducing the Team and Role
· Gen.G Global Academy (GGA) operates an academic program based on the U.S. middle and high school curriculum, along with overseas university admission programs for high school students. The academy supports students in developing both academic capabilities and career competitiveness in a global environment.
· At GGA, academic management, student life guidance, and overseas university consulting are organically integrated, playing a key role in connecting students, parents, and universities. Beyond simply delivering classes, the academy focuses on designing each student’s growth journey and enhancing the overall quality of educational programs.
· GGA is seeking an experienced International School Program Manager responsible for planning and operating U.S. middle and high school educational programs, as well as supporting curriculum development and program management.
· This role involves designing structured academic programs, supporting students’ university-focused learning, and managing key administrative processes related to U.S. curriculum operations. It is well-suited for candidates who can balance program planning with close student support, based on experience in curriculum development, academic operations, and student services.

The workplace location may be relocated nearby in the future.
· Employment Type:
1-year contract (up to 6-month probation period; evaluation for full-time conversion upon contract completion)
· Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
(Part-time option available upon request)
💻 Key Responsibilities
· Design and operate academic programs based on the U.S. middle and high school curriculum, and continuously improve them based on outcomes.
· Plan curricula and completion pathways linked to overseas university admissions, and manage programs in line with academic schedules.
· Manage academic administration, including student registration, grades, and academic records, and provide university-focused learning guidance based on academic progress and data.
· Collaborate with faculty and related departments to coordinate overall program operations, and create/manage necessary materials and documents.
· Plan and operate workshops and extracurricular activities to support students’ academic and career development.
🔎 Qualifications
· Hands-on experience in curriculum development or academic/program operations for middle or high school education
· Basic understanding of U.S. or international high school curricula (e.g., U.S. curriculum, AP) and overseas university admission processes
· Strong documentation skills (manuals, guides, reports) and attention to detail in academic administration
· Proficiency in MS Office (or Google Workspace), with the ability to quickly learn and use digital systems (SIS, LMS, etc.)
· Ability to manage priorities flexibly in a dynamic school environment while following established processes
· Student-centered mindset with a passion for supporting student growth
· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· Experience working in educational institutions (schools, academies, etc.)
· Experience in academic administration, program development, or school operations
· Experience supporting students with academic planning or university admissions
· Experience using LMS or Student Information Systems (SIS)
