Position Overview
- We are looking for an experienced CIS Influencer Marketer who will help make Celimax one of the most loved K-Beauty brands in Russia and the CIS region, on the global stage of K-beauty loved by hundreds of millions of people around the world.
- The core responsibility of this role is to discover influencers and work with them to execute marketing campaigns that help grow our products.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for influencer searching, outreach, gifting, and paid advertising execution.
- Both foreign and Korean applicants are welcome to apply, and a very high level of Russian proficiency is required.
- For foreign applicants, we can support visa acquisition if you are converted to a full-time position.
- We are looking for someone who proactively creates and drives projects, and who remains positive and optimistic even in challenging situations.
- This role is a great fit for someone who is highly interested in marketing and enjoys social media.
Main Responsibilities
- Search for and contact influencers in Russia and the CIS region
- Execute influencer advertising campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Analyze influencer content
- Conduct market research on Russia and the CIS region
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in the Russia/CIS market
- Fluent and highly comfortable using Russian
- Able to communicate in Korean, equivalent to TOPIK Level 4 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of living experience in Russia or a CIS country
- Experience proactively taking on new goals and challenges
- A positive and optimistic attitude even in difficult situations
- A genuine passion for cosmetics and marketing
Working Conditions
- Work Location: Absolvelab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday / 8 hours per day
- Salary: To be discussed after interview
