✅ Your Responsibilities

U.S. Product Seeding

• Build a target creator list to accelerate in-house product seeding in the U.S. market
• Send outreach emails to global influencers
• Manage sample product shipments and VOCs / customer feedback

SNS Marketing and Channel Operation for Chinese Consumers

• Plan and operate SNS content targeting Chinese consumers, mainly through Xiaohongshu and Douyin
• Monitor local Chinese consumer reactions, comment feedback, and trending content formats in real time
• Regularly compile SNS channel performance results
• Derive monthly insights to improve performance

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with smooth business communication skills in Korean
• Strong interest in and understanding of U.S. TikTok and global social media trends
• Experience actively using Xiaohongshu and Douyin, or strong understanding of the channel ecosystem

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience directly handling in-house product seeding for the U.S. market
• Deep understanding of K-beauty and the latest skincare trends
• Experience operating Chinese SNS channels or creating brand social content
• Experience planning Xiaohongshu or Douyin content, writing Chinese copy, or editing short-form videos
• Ability to use design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator, or video editing tools such as Premiere

✅ Working Conditions and Compensation

• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
• Starting time can be discussed
• Work location: 4F, Samwon Tower, 124 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
• Salary: KRW 2,200,000 per month
• Contract period: 6 months
• After the first 3 months, the contract may be extended for an additional 3 months depending on performance evaluation
