🟩 Position Overview

Celimax is a global K-beauty brand that is rapidly growing beyond Korea into global markets such as the U.S. and Europe.

The brand has achieved more than 3x year-on-year growth and surpassed KRW 170 billion in annual revenue, continuing to deliver its value to a wider global audience.

This position is for a Spanish Marketing Intern who will help grow the brand by understanding customers in global markets, collaborating with the team, and proactively executing necessary actions.

You will use your Spanish language skills to communicate the brand’s value to a broader target audience and support the execution and analysis of marketing strategies in global markets.

You will also take part in creating content by connecting local consumer insights with data, and directly contribute to designing the brand’s growth.

Through this role, you will be able to think about results and performance together with the team, make proactive improvements, and grow as a beauty marketing professional.

🟩 Main Responsibilities

• Discover influencers and manage collaborations
• Discover and collaborate with key TikTok Shop affiliates
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance
• Derive insights for creative improvement based on consumer responses
• Manage partnerships with key influencers
• Plan and operate brand events

🟩 Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish proficiency
• Business-level English communication skills
• For foreign applicants, smooth work collaboration in Korean is required
• Strong understanding of beauty content and consumer trends
• Actively consumes content from beauty influencers, beauty products, and beauty brands

🟩 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty marketing
• Genuinely enjoys networking with new people
• Genuine passion for beauty and skincare
• Understanding of marketing and media commerce

🟩 Working Conditions

• Work location: Absolv Lab headquarters
• Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
• Salary: KRW 3,000,000 per month, before tax
• Contract period: 6 months, internship with possible conversion to full-time employment
• After the 6-month internship, conversion to a full-time position may be offered based on evaluation
• A 3-month probation period will apply upon conversion to a full-time position
• Enrollment in the four major social insurances and meal allowance provided
