• 언어: 동티모르어 / 말레이시아어 (한국어 가능자 우대)

담당 업무
• 한패스 앱의 주요 기능, 핵심 혜택 및 활용 방법에 대해 고객 안내
• 온라인 채널 및 직접적인 소통을 통해 고객 상담 및 지원 제공
• 신규 사용자 유입을 위한 온·오프라인 마케팅 활동 기획 및 실행
• 지역 커뮤니티, 기관 및 파트너사와의 관계 구축 및 유지
• 행사, 커뮤니티 활동, 캠퍼스 방문, 프로모션 세션 등 현장 활동 지원
• 필요 시 사무실 외부에서도 자율적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 적극적인 업무 태도

MARKETING OFFICER
Requirements :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and business partners
• Flexibility to work on weekends
• Nationality: Timor Leste / Malaysian
• Language: Timor Leste / Malaysian (Korean is a plus)
• Visa: D2
Job Descriptions :
• Educate customers on product features, key benefits, and how to maximize their use of the Hanpass App
• Provide consultation and support to customers through online channels and direct engagements
• Execute both online and offline marketing initiatives to drive new user acquisition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, organizations, and partner businesses
• Support on-site activities such as events, community engagement, campus visits, and promotional sessions
• Work independently with a proactive mindset and willingness to work outside of the office when required
