<About the Squad>
You will gain a broad understanding of the aesthetic medical industry while identifying and leading new business opportunities from ideation to execution.
Throughout the process of launching new businesses, the team continuously builds hypotheses, conducts experiments, validates results, and connects them to tangible outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams to refine ideas and execute them quickly and effectively.
<What You’ll Be Doing>
• Manage various social media channels including X, Threads, TikTok, and Instagram to drive organic awareness, engagement, and traffic growth for new businesses
• Create weekly/monthly content calendars and plan, produce, and upload optimized content for each platform
• Develop short-form content ideas and directly create diverse materials such as images, videos, and copywriting
• Organize channel performance data and analyze views, impressions, engagement, and follower growth trends to suggest future content experiment directions
• Experiment with hooks, messaging, formats, posting times, CTAs, and other elements to identify winning formats for each channel and systemize them into repeatable content templates
<Who We’re Looking For>
• Someone who can plan and create various types of content in English, including images, videos, and copywriting
• Someone with a strong understanding of global content and social media trends, particularly in English-speaking and Asian markets
• Someone experienced in analyzing performance factors and hook points from video content
• Someone who enjoys deriving insights from data
• Someone who is proactive with experimentation, unafraid of trying new things, and takes full ownership of their work
<Preferred Qualifications>
• Experience independently managing social media channels such as X, Threads, TikTok, and Instagram
• Strong interest in TikTok algorithms and short-form content trends
• Ability to actively utilize AI tools to quickly produce high-quality outputs
• Interest in the aesthetic medical industry or related fields
