KakaoStyle’s Kitto Global Team is building Kitto, a K-culture & lifestyle media service for global markets. We constantly explore the most compelling ways to deliver K-content to users in different countries.
We analyze data from Kitto’s SNS channels to generate insights, and based on those insights, we plan and produce content that connects K-culture with local users in each market.

How you’ll achieve our goals through this role

Content Creation & Localization

• Discover and create Indonesia-focused content for Kitto Indonesia’s SNS and web channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Localize Kitto content for the Indonesian market, leveraging a strong understanding of the Indonesian language and culture.

Business Development

• Continuously monitor local competitors and service trends, and identify/test models needed for entering the Indonesian market.
• Find and operate events and services that can introduce Kitto to Indonesian users.
• Lead communication to ensure smooth collaboration with local editors, influencers, and partner companies.

What growth can you expect?
You’ll learn the full marketing process of growing media channels by planning content, producing it, and operating SNS.
With support from the team’s data analysis specialist, you’ll contribute to data-driven service planning and improvement—helping you grow quickly into a true marketer.

What we’re looking for

• Native-level Indonesian proficiency and smooth communication in Korean.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian culture, with the ability to make judgments and plan content reflecting a local perspective.
• Experience operating and growing SNS channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• An Indonesian national currently staying in Korea with no difficulty using Korean.
• Currently holding a D-10 visa or an F visa (D-2, E-7, and F-1 visas are not eligible).

Preferred qualifications

• Strong taste and curiosity about everyday lifestyle experiences—what you hear, see, eat, drink, and wear.
• Able to quickly catch trends across K-pop, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and more—and apply them to work.
• Able to challenge and execute continuously even in uncertain environments, and produce results.
• High curiosity about new markets and businesses, and genuinely enjoys exploring them.

Hiring process
Document screening > 1st interview (in person) > Final offer and onboarding
Applications must be written in Korean, and interviews will also be conducted in Korean.
Depending on the process, there may be an assignment and/or additional interviews.
