🧭 Introducing China Market Growth Shopee Lab

Shopee Lab distributes our brands’ products through major online channels such as Shopee and TikTok, focusing on Southeast Asian markets.
We develop and execute strategies to strengthen our brands’ presence and expand connections with local consumers through new online channels and localized marketing initiatives.

💼 Responsibilities

E-commerce Channel (Shopee) Operations Support

• Product listing and price setting during promotional periods
• Inventory management and operational tasks
• Channel settlement management by country
• META ad campaign setup

New E-commerce Channel (TikTok Shop) Operations Support

• Set up brand information for new TikTok Shop entries in key countries (Malaysia, Philippines, etc.)
• Handle inventory shipment and product registration for TikTok Shop operations
• Configure ad campaigns based on TikTok advertising strategies

✅ Qualifications

• Strong command of business-level English communication
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Proactive problem-solving and fast execution skills
• Passionate about learning and personal growth

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• High interest in e-commerce within the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industries
• Understanding or interest in the Southeast Asian cosmetics market
• Keen interest in skincare and K-beauty trends

⚙️ Recruitment Process

Document Screening → 1st Interview (Practical) → Onboarding
A casual coffee chat may be conducted depending on the situation, and the recruitment process may be adjusted or simplified as needed.
Foreign applicants are welcome to apply if their current visa status allows for up to 40 hours of work per week.
