✔ What You’ll Do
User-Centered Design & Problem Solving
- Define clear problems based on user data and craft visual and interactive prototypes tailored to user behavior.
- Participate in early-stage planning and visualize key experiences from a user’s perspective.
- Directly build landing pages using tools like Framer/Webflow, including planning, production, and SEO setup.
- Optimize UX/UI for U.S. and global users.
- Create content that drives user acquisition and conversion by leveraging design and AI tools aligned with the customer funnel.
Data-Driven Design Iteration
- Continuously improve landing pages from a growth perspective using real user feedback and performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate UX effectiveness and establish design standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead web design and development reflecting our brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, marketers, and engineers to deliver logical and high-impact solutions.
Main Product
✔ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 1+ year of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS landing pages
- Advanced Framer skills (including CMS, complex interactions, API integration)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (from a publishing perspective)
- Business-level English (CEFR C1 or native)
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude
- Portfolio submission is required (Include recent Framer/Webflow projects)
✔ Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio of design projects for U.S.-based companies
- U.S. citizen or someone with at least 10 years of residency in the United States
- Experience leading projects from planning to publishing
- Experience using various no-code tools (Webflow, Bubble, Flutterflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI content tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Heygen, Vrew, Runway, etc.)
- Ability to write UX microcopy in English
