We’re Ruminae – a K-beauty brand redefining eye care.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok—someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, and engage.
If you’re confident in front of the camera and know how to craft content that converts, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok
• Feature in content as an on-camera creator and spokesperson
• Track and adapt to K-beauty and TikTok content trends
• Manage external influencer collaborations and ensure content quality/delivery
• Coordinate influencer seeding and support content execution
• Analyze content performance and test creative hooks
Must-Haves
• Proven experience managing or growing a personal or brand TikTok account
• Comfortable creating and appearing in beauty/skincare content
• Strong understanding of K-beauty trends and Gen Z content formats
• Basic editing skills using mobile content tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot)
• Fluent in English (Korean a plus)
Bonus If You Have
• Experience working with or managing influencers
• Passion for beauty and skincare, with an eye for content strategy
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and performance-based content campaigns
