North America Influencer Marketing Part-Timer
Skincare Brand Usnear
About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the North American market entry and global expansion of the skincare brand Usnear.
You will focus on discovering influencers primarily on TikTok and coordinating product seeding to build a structure where brand content spreads organically.
What You’ll Do
You will identify and contact North American influencers, manage communication, and support content publication.
You will also monitor North American beauty trends and user responses in real time, sharing insights with the team to support data-driven growth in the market.

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in English (required)
• Heavy user of TikTok or other SNS platforms
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Available for remote work five days a week (Monday to Friday)
Nice to Have
• Strong interest in the beauty industry
• Experience living in North America
• Available for long-term commitment
• Able to communicate smoothly in Korean

Hiring Process
Application Review → Role & Culture Fit Interview → Result Notification → Compensation Discussion → Onboarding

Interview Details
Interviews are conducted by the hiring manager and a People Team manager and last approximately one hour.
Questions cover both job-related experience and Finsler Korea’s work culture.
Evening interviews after 6 PM are available for currently employed candidates.
Work Conditions
Employment Type: 1–3 month contract (extension possible)
Hourly Wage: KRW 11,000 (weekly allowance provided separately)
Work Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 hours per day, lunch included)
Office Location (Onboarding): 6F, LC Tower, 186 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul
