About the Team
The Global Beauty Team is building a beauty commerce service for diverse customers around the world.
We are responsible for launching and operating new services, aiming to deliver KakaoStyle’s unique beauty shopping experience to customers worldwide.
To create a natural and trustworthy customer experience, we will build the foundation for global services—such as managing product content required for multilingual site operations and designing service policies.
How You’ll Achieve the Team’s Goals
Manage AI-first-translated content and site-wide wording so that French reads naturally and consistently for local audiences.
Check product registration information—such as product names, descriptions, and option text—for missing details and translation errors.
Organize policy/informational content (Terms of Use, shipping & refunds, chatbot scripts, etc.) and revise it with clear, customer-friendly language to avoid misunderstanding.
Who We’re Looking For
Native-level French proficiency, with the ability to communicate in Korean in a business setting.
Strong understanding of French culture, enabling natural judgment from a local-customer perspective.
Genuine interest in the beauty industry, beauty content, and online shopping.
Nice to Have
Able to conduct repetitive, detailed reviews carefully while considering consistency in tone, expression, and context.
Able to propose improvements with clear rationale and communicate proactively with team members when translation review issues arise.
A French national currently residing in Korea, with no difficulty using Korean.
Currently holds a D-10 visa (*D-2 and E-7 visas are not eligible.)

Hiring Process
Document Screening > 1st Interview > Final Offer & Onboarding
Applications must be submitted in Korean, and interviews will also be conducted in Korean.
Additional steps (assignments or extra interviews) may be included during the process.
The overall timeline may vary by candidate and position. If you receive a final offer, compensation and your start date will be discussed and coordinated.

Before You Apply
This is an always-open position and may close early once hiring is completed.
