• 빠르게 성장하고 있는 셀리맥스의 글로벌 B2C 이커머스 확장을 함께 만들어갈 1~3년차 아마존 MD를 모집합니다.
• 본 포지션은 미국·호주·아랍에미리트·영국·독일·프랑스 등 다양한 아마존 글로벌 마켓플레이스의 오픈 및 운영을 담당하게 됩니다.
• 이미 오픈된 마켓에서는 안정적인 운영을 기반으로 매출 성장을 가속화하고, 신규 마켓에서는 초기 셋업부터 성과 창출까지 전 과정을 경험할 수 있습니다.
• 글로벌 스쿼드 소속으로 각 국가 마케터 및 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협업하며, 글로벌 스킨케어 브랜드의 성장을 현장에서 만들어가는 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 포지션입니다.
주요 업무
• 아마존 글로벌 마켓플레이스 신규 오픈 및 초기 셋업 지원
• 운영 중인 아마존 마켓플레이스 전반 관리
• 아마존 및 해외 B2C 채널 판매 데이터 분석을 통한 매출 성장 전략 수립
• 국가별 마켓 특성에 맞는 운영 개선 및 액션 아이템 도출
• 글로벌 마케팅 및 유관 부서(마케팅, 물류, CS 등)와 협업 및 커뮤니케이션
지원 자격
• 뷰티 카테고리 이커머스 경력 1~3년 내외이신 분
• 글로벌 B2C 이커머스 운영에 대한 기본적인 이해를 갖추신 분
• 판매 데이터 기반으로 문제를 정의하고 개선 방향을 고민할 수 있는 분
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
우대 사항
• 아마존 글로벌 마켓플레이스 운영 경험이 있으신 분
(미국 및 기타 국가 마켓 경험자 우대)
• 아마존 글로벌 마켓플레이스 내 플랫폼 광고를 직접 운영해보신 분
• 뷰티 / 화장품 카테고리 이커머스 운영 경험이 있으신 분
• 온라인 마케팅(광고, 프로모션 등)에 대한 이해 또는 협업 경험이 있으신 분

근무 조건

Amazon Marketplace Manager
Position Overview
• We are seeking an Amazon Marketplace Manager with 1–3 years of experience to support Celimax’s rapidly growing global B2C e-commerce business.
• This role will be responsible for launching and operating multiple Amazon global marketplaces, including the US, Australia, UAE, UK, Germany, and France.
• In established markets, you will focus on accelerating sales growth through stable operations. In new markets, you will participate in the entire process from initial setup to performance generation.
• As part of the global squad team, you will collaborate closely with country marketers and related departments to drive the growth of a global skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Support new Amazon marketplace launches and initial setup
• Manage overall operations of existing Amazon marketplaces
• Develop sales growth strategies based on Amazon and global B2C sales data analysis
• Identify operational improvements and action items based on market-specific characteristics
• Collaborate and communicate with global teams and related departments (Marketing, Logistics, CS, etc.)
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of e-commerce experience in the beauty category
• Basic understanding of global B2C e-commerce operations
• Ability to define problems and develop improvement plans based on sales data
• Business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating global Amazon marketplaces
(US and other international marketplaces preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon platform advertising
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics e-commerce operations
• Understanding of or experience in online marketing (ads, promotions, etc.)
• Strong interest in cosmetics and skincare and passion for brand growth
• Flexible and positive team player with strong communication skills
Working Conditions
• Location: Absolvelab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours per day
• Salary: To be determined after interview
