About Performance Marketing Lab
Performance Marketing Lab analyzes global consumer data to develop optimized, data-driven marketing strategies. We measure and study the lifestyles of consumers across different cultures and regions, and we’re looking for someone to join us in executing highly effective marketing campaigns based on these insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage the US brand TikTok channel
- Plan, create, and manage content
- Research and analyze market trends, target audiences, and marketing case studies
- Support advertising and internal content tasks
Requirements
- Proficiency in writing and communicating in English
- Experience in planning and creating content for short-form social media channels
- Ability to use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of American culture through study abroad or extended stays in the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating or managing short-form content channels (personal or brand)
- High interest and understanding of the beauty industry, including skincare
