• 현재 CIS 시장 내 영향력을 확대하고 있으며, 현지 파트너와 긴밀히 협업하며 글로벌 영업 실무를 배우고 성장할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다.
• CIS 바이어와 커뮤니케이션하며 수출입 업무, 발주 관리 업무, 채널별 마케팅 지원을 수행하는 것이 핵심 업무입니다.
• 외국인, 한국인 모두 지원 가능하며 러시아어가 매우 능숙하셔야 합니다.
• 외국인 입사 시 비자 취득을 지원할 수 있습니다. (팀 내 CIS 지역 출신 외국인 근무 중)

■ 주요 업무
• Gold Apple, Podrygka 등 주요 리테일 채널 담당자와 커뮤니케이션 및 발주·수출 서류 업무 지원
• CIS 바이어 문의 대응 및 제품 등록 관련 서류 작성 지원
• 가격 모니터링 툴(Brand Monitor)을 활용한 온라인 마켓플레이스(Wildberries, Ozon) 판매 현황 관리
■ 지원 자격
• 영어 사용이 유창하여 업무 소통이 원활하신 분
• 한국어 의사소통이 가능하신 분 (TOPIK 4급 이상)
■ 우대 사항
• 러시아어 사용이 유창하신 분
• 수출입 서류 업무 지원 경험이 있으신 분
• 어려운 상황에서도 낙관적이고 긍정적인 분
• 새로운 목표에 능동적으로 도전한 경험이 많으신 분

■ 근무 조건
• 근무 장소: (주)앱솔브랩 본사
• 근무 시간: 주 5일(월~금) / 일 8시간 근무
• 급여: 월 300만 원 (세전)
• 계약 기간: 6개월 (정규직 전환 가능)

CIS B2B Sales Intern
■ Position Overview
• Celimax has established itself as one of the most beloved K-Beauty brands in the Russia and CIS regions and has successfully entered major retail channels such as Gold Apple and Podrygka.
• We are expanding our presence in the CIS market and working closely with local partners, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global sales operations.
• The core responsibility of this role is to support CIS buyers and partners with import/export operations, order management, and channel-based marketing planning.
• Both foreign and Korean applicants are welcome. Fluency in Russian is required.
• Visa support may be provided for foreign employees upon hiring. (Our team includes members from the CIS region.)
• We are looking for proactive individuals who can independently manage projects and maintain a positive mindset in challenging situations.
• Candidates with strong interest in cosmetics and a strong desire to grow as sales professionals are preferred.
■ Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with key retail partners such as Gold Apple and Podrygka and support order processing and export documentation
• Support product registration and documentation for CIS buyer inquiries
• Monitor online marketplace sales using price monitoring tools (Brand Monitor) on platforms such as Wildberries and Ozon
■ Qualifications
• High proficiency in English for professional communication
• Ability to communicate in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above)
■ Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent Russian communication skills
• Experience in supporting import/export documentation
• Positive and optimistic mindset in challenging situations
• Proven experience in proactively pursuing new goals
• Strong interest in cosmetics and interpersonal communication
■ Working Conditions
• Location: Absolvelab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours per day
• Salary: KRW 3,000,000 per month (before tax)
• Contract Period: 6 months (Full-time conversion possible)
