About the U.S. PR Team You’ll Be Joining

The U.S. PR Team identifies global beauty and skincare trends across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East faster than anyone else, leading viral content and strengthening brand presence across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

The team’s primary role focuses on global influencer PR marketing, as well as offline pop-ups and brand activations, driving brand awareness and sales growth across both online and offline channels.

In other words, the team serves as the core hub of brand communication. With plans to expand beyond the U.S. into Europe and the Middle East, this is an ideal opportunity for those who aspire to grow as global beauty PR marketers.

What You’ll Do

• Overall PR operations for in-house beauty brands (Medicube / Aprilskin) in the Middle East region (mainly UAE)
• Operation of influencer marketing campaigns in the Middle East
• Sourcing and managing collaborations with Middle Eastern influencers (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram creators, etc.)
• Planning influencer collaboration content
• Supporting and managing PPL sponsorships with magazines and broadcast media
• Discovering and managing local influencers and PR agencies

• Ability to understand beauty brand characteristics in the Middle Eastern market and incorporate selling points into content

Who We’re Looking For

[Required Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree holders or expected graduates
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)
• Basic understanding of Middle Eastern market characteristics, consumer behavior, regulations, and culture
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Interest in short-form beauty content and the influencer industry
• No restrictions on continued employment upon full-time conversion after completion of the internship

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)
• Study abroad or residency experience in the UAE or neighboring Middle Eastern countries
• Experience producing or viralizing short-form content (e.g., TikTok)
• Experience operating official brand SNS accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience working as an influencer or collaborating with influencers
• Veterans and persons with disabilities are given preference in accordance with applicable laws

• 3-month fixed-term internship
  (Outstanding interns may be offered an opportunity for full-time conversion)

[Compensation & Benefits]

• Monthly salary: KRW 2,500,000 (before tax)
• Upon full-time conversion: approximately KRW 42,000,000 annually
  (based on entry-level bachelor’s degree employees)

[Working Conditions]

• Flexible staggered work hours
  (Choose a start time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM in 30-minute increments)
• Work location: APR Headquarters, Lotte Tower 36F, Jamsil

[Intern Recruitment Process]
Document Screening → Organizational Fit Assessment & Interview → Assignment Evaluation → Final Acceptance

• Application period: Open until filled (rolling recruitment)
• This position may close early even before the official deadline.

Applicants who pass the document screening will receive emails for both the organizational fit assessment and interview scheduling.

The organizational fit assessment is an online personality test used to evaluate alignment with APR’s talent values.

After final acceptance, a 3-month internship will begin, and full-time conversion opportunities will be provided based on internship performance.

All results will be individually communicated within two weeks of each evaluation stage via email or other means. If results are delayed, applicants will be contacted separately.
