🟩 Position Overview
On the global stage of K-beauty loved by hundreds of millions worldwide, we’re hiring a Southeast Asia Influencer Marketing Intern (Conversion-Track) to help make celimax the most influential skincare brand in Southeast Asia.
Your core mission is to discover influencers, execute campaigns with them, and drive product growth. You will support influencer research and outreach, gifting, paid campaign execution, and social media operations, along with content performance analysis.
- Open to both Korean and international applicants
- Exceptional English proficiency is required
- We’re looking for someone who proactively creates and drives projects, and who stays optimistic and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
- For international hires, we can support visa sponsorship if you convert to a full-time role.
🟩 Key Responsibilities
- Research and outreach to influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Execute influencer paid campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Analyze influencer content and performance
- Plan and support offline events such as brand pop-ups
- Assist with brand social media operations
- Conduct light market research tasks
🟩 Qualifications
- Fluent English and highly comfortable using it in a business setting
- Genuine passion for cosmetics and skincare
- Enjoy using social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- (For international applicants) Business-level Korean communication skills
🟩 Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent and highly comfortable using Indonesian and/or Vietnamese
- 2+ years of living experience in Southeast Asia
- Experience in beauty marketing
- Strong track record of proactively taking on new goals and challenges
- Positive, optimistic mindset even in difficult situations
🟩 Employment Details
- Location: Absolvelab HQ
- Work schedule: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours/day
- Compensation: KRW 3,000,000/month (before tax)
- Contract term: 6 months (conversion-track internship)
