You’ll achieve your goals through the following work
- Content Creation & Localization
- Curate and publish content suitable for the U.S. market across social media and web channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Localize Kitto’s content for the U.S. market based on a strong understanding of English and American culture.
- Lead communication and collaboration with local editors, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Business Development
- Continuously monitor local competitors and service trends, and identify and test models needed for expansion into the U.S. market.
- Discover and operate events and services that can introduce Kitto to users in the U.S.
What kind of growth can you expect?
- You will gain hands-on experience across the full process of global social media channel operations, from content planning and execution to data analysis, and strengthen your practical capabilities in the global content business.
- In particular, during the early service testing stage, you will have the opportunity to quickly learn from market responses through various experiments and build experience in deriving insights.
We’d love to work with someone who
- Has native-level English proficiency and can communicate smoothly in Korean. Experience living or studying in the U.S. is a plus.
- Can actively reflect a deep understanding of American culture in content planning, production, and localization.
- Has experience directly operating and growing social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
- If you are a foreign national, you must currently reside in Korea and hold a D-10 or F-series visa. (*D-2, E-7, and F-1 visas are excluded.)

The hiring process is as follows
