Europe B2B Sales
Role Overview
- We are hiring a B2B Sales professional with 2–5 years of experience to help expand and grow celimax’s offline sales channels across Europe.
- In this role, you will communicate with various retail partners in Europe, develop sales strategies, plan promotions and offline events, and manage retail operations to maximize sales performance.
- You will collaborate with warm and passionate teammates and stay fully committed to taking celimax’s European business to the next level in the global skincare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop offline B2B sales strategies for Europe and manage sales targets by country
- Lead communication with retail partners and identify new partnership channels
- Manage retail operations and sales-related processes
- Monitor key KPIs by sales channel and propose initiatives to increase revenue
- Plan brand sales strategies and promotions based on analysis of global market, consumer, and competitor trends
- Plan and execute local marketing activities such as offline events and promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Business-level English proficiency
- Strong MS Office skills
- No restrictions on overseas business travel
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- High interest in and understanding of beauty market and industry trends
- Sales and/or marketing experience in cosmetics or consumer goods industries
- Experience in global beauty channel sales and marketing
- Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment and drive growth proactively
- Proficiency in one or more European languages
Working Conditions
- Location: Absolab Co., Ltd. Headquarters
- Working hours: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 8 hours/day
- Compensation: To be discussed after the interview
