Responsibilities
- Derive insights through market and competitor analysis
- Plan and develop new products, including concept development
- Establish annual product strategies and plan portfolio management
- Analyze and reflect domestic and global trends; propose trend-based products
- Manage OEM/ODM partners
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or higher
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Required: Work experience in the cosmetics industry
- Portfolio required (must include):
- Product proposal/deck for products you planned
- Your level of contribution and performance/results
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Strong understanding and expertise in cosmetics
- Experience at a beauty/brand company or OEM/ODM
- Experience in product planning and/or launching a new brand
