Common Qualifications

IT System Development and Infrastructure Operations
Responsibilities
- Develop/operate in-house systems and build/manage IT infrastructure
· Support system operations at headquarters, domestic/overseas sites, and hubs
· Manage vendors for in-house systems and networking
· Build and operate headquarters/site network infrastructure
· Create and manage cloud infrastructure resources
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Information & Communications or Computer Engineering
- Knowledge in software engineering, data structures, and IT development
- Experience in SI/SM-related projects
- Capabilities in web/mobile development and operations
- Experience in IT system development/operations for construction businesses (Plant/Civil, CAD add-in, etc.)
- Experience and skills in building/managing cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of Agile and PI/IT development methodologies
- Experience in building/operating DevOps environments
- IT and cloud certifications (MS, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Data Scientist
Responsibilities
- Construction data analysis and application
· Generate insights and improvement proposals from construction data analysis, support decision-making
· Conduct statistical analysis and ML/DL-based projects
· Perform EDA and analysis on structured/unstructured data
· Visualize analysis results and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
- Certifications in data analysis
- Experience analyzing structured/unstructured big data in construction
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google GCP)
Core Technology (Materials and Digital Tech)
Responsibilities
- Research materials and develop digital technologies
· Conduct experiments and analyze data for construction materials (e.g., concrete)
· Predict/evaluate/manage performance and quality of materials
· Develop digital technologies combining deep learning/machine learning and AI techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Majors related to material research
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
Mechanical System Design
Responsibilities
- Design building operation systems and develop optimization models
· Design thermal-fluid systems for buildings, FABs, and plants (power, renewable energy)
· Perform heat and mass/energy balance analyses of thermal-fluid processes
· Develop digital twins for mechanical systems
· Develop engineering and component technologies for digital twins
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plant engineering
- Proficiency in system analysis tools (ASPEN, Flowmaster, Dymola, etc.)
