Common Qualifications

• Must be a foreign national legally eligible to obtain a visa and work in Korea with no disqualifications
• Must hold TOPIK Level 3 or higher
  ※ Valid scores are recognized from September 22, 2023 to September 22, 2025.
  Applicants without a valid language score must submit one by February 2026.

Material Development

Responsibilities

• Development, synthesis, analysis, and evaluation of various organic/inorganic materials, including property simulations
  · Ceramic materials (dielectrics, base powder composition)
  · Metal materials (nano metal powder synthesis, electrode materials)
  · Composite materials (additives, electrode paste, other polymer materials)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Materials/Metallurgy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Process Development

Responsibilities

• Development of unit process technologies, inspection/measurement, and analysis for process optimization and yield stabilization
  · Semiconductor-related processing, thin film/lamination, lithography/development, surface treatment/plating, packaging process
  · Slurry dispersion, printing methods, lamination/cutting technology, heat treatment process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Materials/Metallurgy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Product Development

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of materials and processes suitable for product functions and performance
  · Lens optical design, actuator design/control
  · Electronic circuit design, analysis/verification, and electrical characteristic measurement/analysis
  · Semiconductor-related PKG design/process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics, Physics/Optics, Materials/Metallurgy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Equipment Development

Responsibilities

• Equipment engineering for productivity improvement through production equipment design, process automation, and performance enhancement
  · Mechanical design (CAD design, structural/vibration design)
  · Control/measurement (circuit, PLC control, software)
  · Semiconductor-related equipment technologies: optical equipment, thin film/deposition, molding/printing, plating/heat treatment, and other wet/dry equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Software Development (S/W)

Responsibilities

• Software development for productivity improvement, including AI development, embedded software development, and machine vision software development
  · AI for image/time-series big data, machine learning/deep learning network design
  · Embedded software development for IT and automotive electronics
  · Machine vision image processing (GPU) inspection algorithms and deep learning–based inspection systems
  · Software architecture design, DBMS design, and web framework development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a related field

Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Global customer service (CS) management and quality assurance for MLCCs, electronic components, camera modules, package substrates, etc.
• Camera software quality QA and implementation of mounting tests

Qualifications
