Common Qualifications

AI-Based Cloud Operations Automation

Responsibilities

• Advancement of GDC operations using AI-based cloud operation technologies
• Lead GDCV and HQ SCP transition
• Improve operational efficiency and strengthen monitoring through Agentverse automation
• Identify new business opportunities and support business execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Cloud-related certifications (AWS Certified, Kubernetes CKA/CKSAD, etc.)
• Ability to manage cloud infrastructure with automation scripts (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience in building and operating DevOps environments (CI/CD, GitOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure security management and networking

Gen.AI Platform and Service SW Design/Development

Responsibilities

• Development of enterprise-oriented generative AI service platforms
• Requirement analysis and design for enterprise generative AI platforms
• Design and development of generative AI Document AI services
• Design and development of generative AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) services
• Design and development of generative AI Multi-Agent services
• Design and development of generative AI LLMOps training/serving services
• Build cloud-based generative AI service platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in system development on AWS, MS Azure, or GCP
• Experience using cloud services
• Experience in application development and maintenance
• Experience in LLM/LMM prompting and performance testing

Gen.AI Solution Design/Development

Responsibilities

• Architecture design for generative AI platform offerings for customers
• Optimization of generative AI responses and performance, and methodology development based on customer use cases
• Development of pre-built assets for generative AI platform proposals based on use cases

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with Deep Learning and Python programming
• Experience with unstructured data platform architecture
• Solution architecture experience on AWS, MS Azure, or GCP

Enterprise Business Solution Development/Operations

Responsibilities

• Prompt tuning and development for video conferencing solutions
• Development of Python-based generative AI agents
• Development of AI video conferencing solution applications (Back-End/Front-End)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in diverse internal/external activities and project execution related to the role
• Experience in publishing SCI-level papers or filing patents related to the role
