🎯 자격 요건
국적, 전공, 경력 무관
B2B 파트너십 및 사업 제안에 관심이 있는 분
기획 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어난 분
데이터 기반으로 사고하고 사업 기회를 포착할 수 있는 분
💬 언어 조건
한국어 능력은 필수가 아닙니다.
단, 한국어를 못하실 경우, 영어, 중국어(보통화), 또는 포르투갈어 중 하나를 모국어로 사용하는 분만 지원 가능합니다.

커뮤니티 플랫폼, HR, 교육, 콘텐츠 산업에 대한 이해
외국인 대상 서비스 운영 경험
IR 피칭, 제휴 제안서, 사업계획서 작성 경험

💼 근무 조건
근무형태: 인턴십 또는 계약직 (정규직 전환 가능)
근무지역: 서울 (하이브리드 근무 가능)
근무시간: 주 5일 (10:00~19:00, 협의 가능)
급여: 연 4,500만 원 (협의 가능)

[Buddies Korea] B2B Business Development Manager (Foreign Applicants Welcome) 📍 Position
Business Development (Platform-based, B2B Focus)
📝 Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B monetization strategies using the Buddies Korea platform
Propose recruitment and branding programs to Korean companies targeting international students
Identify and manage partnerships with relevant companies and institutions
Plan and implement new services based on client needs
Lead external communication (email, meetings, presentations)
Commercialize platform traffic and user data into service offerings
🎯 Qualifications
Open to all nationalities, majors, and experience levels
Strong interest in B2B partnerships and strategic proposals
Skilled in communication and writing business documents
Able to think strategically and identify business opportunities based on data
💬 Language Requirement
Korean proficiency is not required.
However, if you are not proficient in Korean, you must be a native speaker of English, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese to apply.
💡 Preferred Skills
Understanding of community platforms, HR, education, or content industries
Experience working with services targeting international users
Experience in IR pitching, partnership proposals, or business planning
Korean language ability and multilingual skills are a plus
💼 Working Conditions
Type: Internship or contract (with potential for full-time hire)
Location: Seoul (Hybrid work possible)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)
Salary: KRW 45,000,000/year (negotiable)
