- Graduates or expected graduates (Feb. 2026) from accredited 4-year universities in Korea
- GPA: 3.0/4.5 or higher (as of application date)
- Language: TOPIK level 3 or higher, or KIIP (Korea Immigration & Integration Program) level 4 or higher
- ※ Certificates obtained after November 1, 2023 are valid
- Must have no disqualifications for employment visa issuance
