[Internship Position] Social Media & Content Intern (English-Speaking)

📌 Role & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Calendar Management

• Plan and manage social media content calendars for existing and new product launches
• Oversee content scheduling and production across all platforms
• Organize and manage digital content assets systematically

2. Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit original content (photo/video) for social media posts

3. Performance Tracking & Analysis

• Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and derive insights for improving future content and strategies
• Prepare and share regular social media performance reports

4. PR & Community Management

• Operate brand social channels and foster active online communities
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
• Build relationships with key influencers and followers

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, and others
• Support integrated campaigns and promotional activities

Required

• Comfortable working in English
• Able to create content (video filming & editing)

Preferred

• Strong interest and understanding of the beauty industry
• Excellent time management skills with flexibility around changing priorities and deadlines
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
