Job Information & Responsibilities
- B2C Sales
· Establish sales targets and strategies based on market demand in the assigned region as well as company/competitor sales data analysis
· Monitor subsidiary performance to identify opportunities and threats in advance, allocate resources effectively, and achieve sales goals - B2B Sales
· Understand the characteristics of industries such as construction, interior, and built-in distribution, propose products and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, create added value, and develop collaborative business models
※ B2B products: System AC, built-in products, smart home-related products, etc. - Online Sales
· Establish sales strategies and goals for E-commerce and support local sales operations
· Strengthen strategic responses and business execution capabilities for each country/key distributor as the online market expands
· Analyze online consumer trends and customer purchasing behavior to develop optimized sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
※ Master’s/Ph.D. degree holders (including candidates) may have their study period recognized as work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive mindset with strong understanding of global cross-cultural dynamics for market opportunity identification
- Experience in communication with overseas subsidiaries/distributors and relevant HQ departments
- Sensitivity to home appliance trends and strong understanding of Samsung Electronics products and technologies
- Various activity or project experience related to the position
- Ability to analyze domestic/international market conditions and sales data to generate insights and establish strategies
- Proficiency in a second foreign language (including rare languages/majors)
