🌍 About the Role • Join DAERA, a fast-growing global beauty company, and help us build one of the most loved K-Beauty brands across Russia and the CIS region. • As a Russia & CIS Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead influencer marketing campaigns across Russian-speaking markets by discovering creators, building partnerships, and driving brand awareness through social media. • Your primary responsibilities will include influencer sourcing, outreach, gifting campaigns, paid collaborations, and campaign performance analysis. • We view Russia and the CIS region—including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and neighboring countries—as one integrated Russian-speaking market. • Both Korean and international candidates are welcome to apply. Fluent Russian is essential for this role. • We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and has a genuine passion for marketing and social media. 🚀 What You'll Do 01. Influencer Marketing • Identify and recruit influencers across Russia and CIS markets • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators • Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including gifting and paid collaborations • Manage influencer communication throughout campaign execution 02. Campaign Management • Launch influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, VK, Telegram, and other local platforms • Coordinate campaign schedules and deliverables • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ongoing activities 03. Market Research & Insights • Research the Russia & CIS beauty market and monitor competitors • Analyze influencer content and campaign performance • Identify consumer trends and provide insights for localized marketing strategies 04.
