Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing
[Main Tasks]
- Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns and promotions
- Research and analyze global marketing trends and markets
- Develop and implement IMC, advertising strategies based on brand, performance, and data
- Establish and execute localized marketing strategies for Olive Young’s ONLYONE Brand (Private Brand)
[Detailed Tasks]
- Online/Offline Campaign & Promotion Planning and Execution
- Plan and implement promotions linking global mall and offline channels
- Operate campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers
- Plan and execute experiential events such as pop-up stores
- Global Marketing Trend Research and Analysis
- Conduct customer insight research and analyze local market trends by country
- Derive strategic implications through market and competitor analysis
- Design localized branding and promotional strategies
- IMC and Advertising Based on Brand/Performance/Data
- Operate global SNS/digital content and collaborate with influencers
- Design and manage CRM campaigns through customer segmentation analysis
- Execute performance ads, measure effectiveness, and optimize outcomes
- Analyze data on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, and propose improvements
- Global Strategy for Olive Young’s ONLYONE Brand
- Plan global marketing strategies including ONLYONE Brand
- Develop product/brand positioning and campaigns tailored to each market
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to drive brand localization
2. Global Sales
[Main Tasks]
- Discover and manage overseas clients for ONLYONE Brand
- Analyze sales performance and establish sales/marketing strategies
- Research overseas market trends, competitors, and derive insights

- Overseas Client Development and Management
- Manage clients by region/country
- Identify new clients through meetings and participation in trade shows/exhibitions
- Sales Analysis and Strategy Development
- Manage regional clients and propose new products
- Create new revenue streams through product proposals and VMD planning
- Establish sales strategies by country, channel, and brand
- Manage sales and profits by platform/client
- Overseas Market and Competitor Analysis
- Research retail/online platforms in target markets
- Analyze beauty market trends (customers, channels, regulations, product trends) by region/country
- Analyze competitor brands/products by market and channel
3. Global Business Strategy
[Main Tasks]
- Establish strategies for global e-commerce and business expansion
- Design and execute business models for overseas market entry
- Develop response strategies through market environment and competitor analysis
- Establish and manage global product and channel strategies
[Detailed Tasks]
- Global E-commerce and Business Expansion Strategy
- Plan user experience improvements and new service adoption
- Propose directions for digital transformation (DT) and platform advancement
- Overseas Business Model Development and Execution
- Research regulations, infrastructure, and competition by country and set entry direction
- Develop localization strategies for offline stores and online malls
- Market Environment and Competitor Analysis
- Research trends by country (market, channel, product) and derive insights
- Establish differentiation strategies through competitor analysis
- Global Product and Channel Strategy Management
- Plan product/channel portfolios and pricing policies by country
- Propose entry strategies into new markets in coordination with sales and marketing
Qualifications
- Foreign nationals residing in Korea (able to commute to the Yongsan HQ, Seoul)
- Eligible for E-7 visa (no disqualification reasons)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (graduates or those expected to graduate by Feb 2026)
- Strong understanding of and fluency in the target markets/languages (North America, UK, Japan, Vietnam)
- Non-natives must submit official speaking test scores
- Korean proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or higher required; must be able to handle complex business communication)
Additional Information
- ONLYONE Brand = Olive Young Private Brand (PB)
- Work location: Yongsan, Seoul
- Application must be submitted in Korean
- Flight tickets and living expenses are not supported during recruitment or after joining
