Recruitment Fields & Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy / Planning
- Conduct environmental analysis and establish business strategies (internal/external environment, industry trend analysis)
- Discover new growth drivers (new business opportunities, business feasibility review, etc.)
- Establish communication and promotional strategies both internally and externally
Business Management
- Manage business performance (analyze results, propose improvement plans, etc.)
- Manage budget and expenses (annual budget planning, monitoring, etc.)
- Risk management and internal control
General Affairs
- Manage assets and facilities (office operations, purchasing/management of supplies, etc.)
- Environmental management (energy saving, resource management, etc.)
- Plan and support in-house events and programs
Finance & Accounting
- Financial accounting (settlement, preparation of financial statements, etc.)
- Tax accounting (tax filing/payment, handling tax-related matters)
- Managerial accounting (voucher review, cost accounting, etc.)
- Other disclosure and general meeting of shareholders-related tasks
Common Qualifications & Preferred Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or expected graduation
- Graduates or students expected to graduate by February 2026 (must have completed all credits; internship required from Nov–Dec 2025, with full-time employment starting in Jan 2026)
- Strong foreign language skills preferred (Spanish, Japanese, English, Russian, etc.)
- Preferred majors: Business, Languages, Social Sciences, Humanities, Plant-related studies
- Must be eligible for overseas travel without restrictions
