04. Eligibility & Benefits

[Academic Background]

• University Abroad: ① Current student ② Recent graduate
• University in Korea: ③ Foreign student ④ Foreign recent graduate

※ Must have completed at least 4 semesters (if enrolled) or graduated within the past 2 years.

[Residency & Work Status]

• Must be available full-time during the internship.
• Must have a valid visa that allows staying and working in Korea.
• Must be able to commute to OLIVE YOUNG HQ in Seoul.

[Benefits]

• Successful interns may be fast-tracked past the document screening for CJ OLIVE YOUNG full-time positions.

3. All other stages will be conducted in Korean.
4. This is a paid, in-person internship based in Seoul.

Role Overview

1. Global Commerce Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Research K-beauty trends in assigned markets
• Analyze promotion styles on local e-commerce platforms
• Benchmark top K-beauty e-commerce players
• Identify beauty influencers & potential collaboration
• Summarize findings into insight reports
  Assigned Markets:
• Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
• Middle East
• Europe (UK, Germany, France)

2. Global Brand Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Analyze competitors’ owned media
• Research trending TikTok keywords related to OLIVE YOUNG brands
• Extract insights for brand marketing
  Assigned Markets:
• North / South America

3. Global Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Research UI/UX of K-beauty platforms
• Propose improvements for OLIVE YOUNG’s Global Mall

4. Global Sales

Responsibilities:

• Identify key K-beauty brands in the U.S.
• Analyze marketing, distribution, and pricing strategies
• Review consumer engagement & feedback
• Recommend brand enhancements
  Assigned Markets:
• North / South America

5. Global Business Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on Health & Beauty in North/South America, Europe, and the Middle East
• Analyze consumer trends, market shifts, and regulations
• Provide strategic insights to support global expansion

※ All work-related communication will be conducted in Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

• For roles with assigned market(s), preference will be given to students or recent graduates from universities in that region.
• Korean nationals with valid English and target market language test scores will be prioritized.
• Non-Korean nationals with valid English and market language or Korean test scores will be prioritized.
